Celebrate the historic launch of a groundbreaking initiative in our island community, addressing pressing issues like the Southern High Sports Complex's current state and ensuring the security of our local recreational areas. The Southern Centers of Sumai Coalition, a Community-Driven NPO, pledges to collaborate with the mayor and stakeholders to enhance the management of assets serving the southern community and Santa Rita - Sumai village. Through transparent accountability and robust public-private partnerships, we vow to secure funding and resources to improve facilities, bolster community programs, and undertake vital projects. Our mission is to uplift and empower community members, fostering their individual and collective talents across a spectrum of specialized vocations. Through these efforts, we anticipate fostering stronger community ties and instilling pride in our neighborhoods and future generations. Join us as we embark on this transformative journey together.

National Corrections Week Event

Join us for the National Corrections Week event in the Micronesia Mall Center Court on Thursday, May 9, 2024 (from 10am to 5pm) and on Friday, May 10, 2024 (from 1pm to 5pm). Organized by the Department of Corrections and the Department of Youth Affairs, there will be displays, resources and a showcase of the departments' sections and officers in recognition of National Corrections Week.
