Ray and Tony are more qualified to lead our Island of Guam. They have more government experience, leadership, dealing with both local and federal officials. They are more knowledgable and have what it takes to win Adelup. They are also both very humble and sincerely concern with the future of Guam and all Guamanians. God Bless them both.
